To strengthen our Private Clients team in Zurich, we are looking for a

Broker Private Clients (60%-100%)

Your main responsibilities

• Responsibility for and management of an assigned client portfolio
• Responding to client enquiries
• Preparation of quotations and renewal policies
• Maintaining relationships with decision-makers in the client organisation as well as daily client contacts
• Client support across all private client insurance sectors (advising clients on coverage concepts and capabilities, monitoring renewal deadlines, appointments, etc.)
• Development of coverage concepts and implementation of corresponding solutions with specialist teams
• Support in claims handling
• Management and updating of internal information systems required for the administration of the insurance portfolio
• Conducting tenders
• Maintaining the insurance network
• Providing professional support to our client advisors and the Business Development team
• Participation in project teams

Your profile

• Solid training in insurance with a focus on property and casualty insurance, experience in Lloyd’s business is an advantage
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth private clients and ability to independently manage an assigned client portfolio
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in specialist teams, with mandate leaders and in project teams
• Good negotiation skills with insurers and know-how in preparing tender reports
• Well-organised and structured working style
• Analytical thinking, detail- and results-oriented
