School Special Education Teacher, Primary or Secondary Teacher with Experience in Special Education

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for planning and conducting individualised teaching in age- and ability-mixed learning groups, taking into account the Curriculum 21 of the Canton of Zurich as well as the individual school prerequisites and needs of the pupils
- Active participation in the clinic school team as well as taking on tasks within the framework of school and teaching development and continuous quality assurance
- Participation in interprofessional support planning as well as active participation in interprofessional meetings and exchange forums to coordinate and align school support
- Coordination and maintenance of cooperation with teachers from the home and receiving schools as well as ensuring the transfer of school information and knowledge
- Preparation of school reports
- Leading and participating in project weeks
Your Profile
- EDK recognised training
- MAS in School Special Education or professional experience with children and/or adolescents with special educational needs
- Professional experience in the clinical/special school sector is an advantage
- You are characterised by a high level of teamwork and conflict resolution skills, an independent working style, empathy, and flexibility
