To expand our team in pension fund administration, we are looking for a mandate manager in Basel or Zurich from March 2027 or by arrangement:
MANDATE MANAGER PENSION FUND (60-100%)
WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE WITH US:
- You will take on the mandate management as well as the executive management of pension institutions. You will always keep quality, deadlines and risks in view.
- You are the central contact person for the board of trustees as well as other internal and external committees.
- You organise board of trustees and committee meetings, prepare them and take the minutes.
- You develop well-founded decision-making bases and independently handle complex issues.
- You build sustainable relationships with employers, the board of trustees, the insured persons and various internal and external bodies.
- You are responsible for preparing the annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26.
- If interested, you can engage in exciting projects.
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED:
- You have specialised training as a federally certified pension fund manager, DAS Pension Fund Management or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained solid experience in a service company in occupational pensions and know the high demands on quality, reliability and customer orientation.
- You use M365 confidently and move securely in the digital working world.
- You communicate fluently in German and have very good spoken English skills.
