The Seehotel Waldstätterhof Brunnen includes 104 guest rooms, the restaurants Rôtisserie, Fronalp Lounge, the Boulevard Café, the lake terrace, and a hotel bar. Our extensive seminar and banquet area offers capacities from 10 to 300 people. A spa area completes the offer. We delight our guests with a high-quality standard and contemporary services.
Main tasks:
- Independent management of the Garde Manger station
- Preparation and presentation of cold dishes for breakfast, banquets, buffets, and à la carte
- Responsibility for smooth operation at the station
- You are responsible for compliance with HACCP standards and our own quality requirements
- Goods receipt, inventory management, and ordering
- Professional guidance of commis and apprentices
