Your tasks
- Ensure equipment orders, receive and check their conformity (quantity, quality, documentation)
- Prepare customer orders and carry out shipments
- Record and store goods according to current regulations
- Carry out inventories and ensure stock accuracy
- Participate in the optimisation of logistics flows, storage spaces and the ordering system
- Perform billing and administrative tasks
- Send analysis reports to clients
- Comply with safety, hygiene, environmental and quality rules
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as logistics specialist or equivalent training
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office computer tools
- Several years of experience in the role
- Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the partner language
