What is my role?

Your main tasks include the manufacture and testing of prototypes and spare parts using CNC manufacturing technology across the entire turning and milling area. You programme and set up the machines and produce initial pieces. In addition, you create, manage, and document all necessary programmes and manufacturing documents. Recording and documenting measurement results with Sylcom software is also part of your duties, as is optimising manufacturing processes and carrying out service and maintenance work on the machines and equipment.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ (Level E) or equivalent training

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing

• Solid knowledge of ISO code programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls

• Confident handling of CAD/CAM systems and measuring instruments

• Experience with Sylcom software is an advantage

• Mechanical dexterity and profound understanding of technical contexts

• Precise and independent working style with a high quality awareness

• Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems

• Willingness to take responsibility and contribute own ideas

• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form

• Flexibility and resilience even in hectic phases
