Creating and publishing job advertisements
Conducting pre-selections and interviews independently
Coordination with line managers

Support in HR administration
Participation in onboarding and offboarding
Maintaining personnel data and HR systems

What you bring:

Commercial basic training with HR further education
Experience in recruiting and confident use of MS Office 365
Very good German, French is an advantage
Independent and structured way of working
Enjoyment in dealing with people
Organisational talent and a sense for talents
