Your Tasks

• You ensure the stable operation, continuous development, and optimal utilisation of insurance solutions, the CRM landscape, as well as analytics, BI, and reporting platforms.
• You develop and implement the CRM, insurance application, and data strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
• You lead a department with multiple teams both professionally and personally, promote their development, and create a motivating and performance-oriented working environment.
• You ensure high data quality and sustainable data governance.
• You work closely with executives from the marketing, sales, actuarial, and other departments to develop joint solutions.
• You identify new technologies and recognise potentials through analytics, automation, and AI, transforming these into solutions with measurable customer benefits.
• You are responsible for the department's budget, manage external partners and service providers, and ensure economical and sustainable collaboration.

Your Profile

• University degree in business, computer science, data science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of leadership and project experience in CRM (BSI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), data management (Oracle, Cognos, SAS, Qlik, Microsoft Fabrics, PowerBI, etc.), and/or customer analytics.
• Several years of experience in operating and further developing business applications, preferably in the insurance environment.
• Sound understanding of modern CRM, data platforms, and analytical methods.
• Experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Several years of leadership experience with responsibility for multiple teams or larger organisational units.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation, and enthusiasm for actively shaping change.
