Your area of responsibility

• Technical advice and support for our branches and specialist partners throughout Switzerland, our production sites, and the field service
• Clarification of requirements with production sites and suppliers
• Technical support via phone and email
• Processing of quality and standard deviations in the system
• Recording of orders and offers
• Creation of internal documents and instructions
• Participation in internal projects (e.g., continuous improvement process, etc.)
• Conducting personal consultations in the showroom
• Assistance with site visits and technical clarifications on-site (construction expertise)
• Warranty checks for material returns
• Administrative handling of the repair process for our specialist partners

What you bring

• Completed vocational or technical basic training (EFZ)
• Very good knowledge of our products
• Several years of assembly experience with sun and weather protection products (awnings)
• Good technical understanding
• Commercial training is an advantage
• Proficient user of MS Office Suite, ERP system
• Fluent in German, French or Italian is an advantage
• Willingness for further training (e.g., learning languages)
• High service and solution orientation
• Polished communication style and healthy assertiveness
• Interest in our products
