Service Engineer 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Analysis and rectification of faults as well as development of sustainable solution proposals

• Planning and implementation of electrical engineering modifications in machine conversion projects

• Technical clarification and processing of service enquiries from customers, the internal spare parts service and service technicians regarding electrical engineering issues

• Creation, adjustment and management of electrical circuit diagrams and technical documentation

• Recording, managing and updating of parts lists, articles and technical master data in SAP

• Participation in product changes

• Execution of commissioning, fault analyses as well as service and support assignments on site at the customer (willingness to travel up to 20%)

• Close cooperation with the departments Customer Care, Engineering, Purchasing and Production

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as an automation technician EFZ with several years of professional experience

• Willingness to undertake further training at the Higher Technical School (HF) level or already completed further training at HF level

• Structured and methodical way of working

• Experience in electrical design (E-Plan)

• Knowledge in materials management (SAP / E-Plan)

• Very good German and good English skills

• Ideally knowledge in mechanical engineering or handling CNC controls

• High flexibility, resilience and a team-oriented personality
