walther bistrobar & buvette
May I introduce myself? I am walther.
Over 500 years ago, I founded the Klingental women's monastery, today I am a buvette and bistro in the k-Haus. In short, I am always there for our guests, rain or shine. There is always a good mood with me - whether with a Walther spritz on mild summer evenings or with a freshly baked pinsa during the lunch break.
I combine enjoyment with environmental awareness and write seasonal – regional – delicious in big letters on my (sun) umbrella!

Your tasks
- Welcoming and bidding farewell to guests
- Taking orders
- Preparing drinks
- Serving food and drinks
- Operating the cash register system including cash handling
- Mise en place and tidying up
- Cleaning tasks as well as implementing hygiene guidelines according to HACCP
