Für eine temporäre Zeit benötigt das Credit Risk Management Schweiz Team in der Bearbeitung und dem Managen von Hypothekarpositionen (Neuanfragen, Review bestehender Geschäfte, Verlängerung von Fälligkeiten, etc.) entsprechende Unterstützung eines erfahrenen Mortgage Officers.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Selbständige Analyse sowie Unterstützung der Mortgage Officers in der Bearbeitung von Hypothekarkreditanträgen, Kreditentscheiden, Erstellen von Kreditformalitäten, Bestellen von Grundpfand- sowie anderen Zusatzsicherheiten, allgemeine Korrespondenz

Selbständiges Auf- und Vorbereiten von Fälligkeiten und Hypothekarverlängerungen

Täglicher Kontakt mit Hypothekarberatern, Relationship Manager, Kunden, Ämtern und anderen Finanzinstituten (schriftlich und telefonisch, vornehmlich in Deutsch, aber auch punktuell in Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch)

Unterstützung in Projekten und Initiativen, z.B. Datenbereinigungsinitiativen aufgrund von regulatorischen Änderungen

Bearbeiten von schriftlichen und telefonischen Anfragen aus der gesamten Schweiz

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor Abschluss in Finance oder Business oder abgeschlossene KV-Lehre, mit Weiterbildung im Hypothekargeschäft

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse im Hypothekargeschäft (zwingend)

Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

Kommunikative und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Selbständigkeit, genaue und effiziente Arbeitsweise, Freude an analytischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten

Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind notwendig und Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
