40 - 50% at the Infrastructure Service

Field of activity

Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes

Develop and manage a panel of efficient suppliers

Ensure compliance with public procurement (AIMP, LMP, ...)

Implement framework contracts with companies

Negotiate pricing, logistics and contractual conditions

Reporting and annual evaluation of suppliers

Requirements

You have a higher education qualification in the field of purchasing (University of Applied Sciences, federal certificate)

Sense of organisation and responsibility

Good command of standard Microsoft Office programmes and SAP software

Several years of experience in a similar field

Mastery of purchasing and negotiation techniques

Knowledge of contract and purchasing law

You are able to work in a team

Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language; proficiency in English is an asset

Language requirements

French and/or German

with good knowledge of the other language
