- Complex specialist and fundamental questions from the customer and service centres are in the best hands with you.
- You systematically evaluate quality data and derive effective improvement measures from it.
- You create clear work instructions, aids, and foundations for our employees on the "front line".
- Your mind is full of good ideas that make processes simpler, clearer, and more efficient.
- You represent the interests of the Customer area in working groups and contribute your knowledge to interdisciplinary projects.
What sets you apart
- Several years of professional experience in the health insurance industry
- A federal specialist certificate as a health and/or social insurance specialist
- Knowledge of KVG processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics simply and understandably
- Flawless German in spoken and written form with good knowledge of Italian
