For our client, a Spitex in the Rheinfelden / Frick region, we are looking for an engaged and independent Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of clients in their homes
- Implementation of nursing and medical-technical measures
- Independent route planning and documentation of assignments
- Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage
- Experience with Perigon is required
- Driving licence category B and own car mandatory
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
