Purchaser 100% (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible as a purchaser for the reliable supply of materials and the operational coordination along the procurement chain. Together with internal interfaces, you ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials and support production planning through efficient scheduling.
Responsibilities:
You manage material scheduling and trigger orders via existing framework agreements and delivery contracts
You monitor stock levels, minimum stocks, and coverage to ensure optimal supply
You analyse and control scheduling proposals in the ERP system and initiate necessary adjustments
You coordinate the availability of materials for planned production orders
You take on operational tasks in the area of production preparation and production planning
You work closely with production planning specialists, purchasing, and other internal departments
You support the continuous optimisation of supply chain processes
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with several years of experience in supply chain management, scheduling, or procurement
Practical knowledge in material planning and production supply
Experience in the food industry is an advantage
Strong skills in analytical thinking, organisation, and independent working
Communicative personality with high team spirit and assertiveness
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
