What is my role?

• You lead the property management team and promote a motivating working atmosphere

• You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of property management

• You control processes in technical and administrative management

• You are the contact person for owners, tenants and external partners

• You develop strategies to preserve the value of the managed properties

• You contribute as a member of the management team to the company’s development

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a real estate trustee with a federal professional certificate or comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership experience in property management

• Sound knowledge in technical and commercial property management

• Strong leadership and social skills

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Very good German skills, spoken and written
