For our client, a specialised consulting firm, we are looking for a committed individual with experience in management consulting. You will support companies through strategic changes, take responsibility in client projects, and contribute your own ideas to the further development of the consulting business.
- You translate strategic goals into actionable projects and coordinate the involved teams
- You work with clients to establish priorities, moderate workshops, and support change processes
- You develop financial decision-making bases and key figures to make progress and results comprehensible
- You prepare complex content in an understandable way for management
- You further develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional consulting services
- Several years of experience in management consulting with responsibility in client projects
- Ability to grasp complex contexts and translate them into practical solutions
- Experience in project management as well as in the professional leadership of various stakeholders
- Confident demeanour, persuasive communication, and enjoyment of direct client contact
- Fluent German skills and very good English
- Initiative and interest in actively shaping a consulting firm

Profile
- Completed university degree in an economic, technical, legal, or comparable field- Several years of experience in management consulting with responsibility in client projects
- Ability to grasp complex contexts and translate them into practical solutions
- Experience in project management as well as in the professional leadership of various stakeholders
- Confident demeanour, persuasive communication, and enjoyment of direct client contact
- Fluent German skills and very good English
- Initiative and interest in actively shaping a consulting firm
