Customs Declarant (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Swiss import customs clearance in the customs clearance programme in compliance with ZVE regulations

• Reception of lorry drivers with inspection and registration of the accompanying transit documents

• Special clearances such as TCH, ZAVV, 13.20A and Carnet ATA

• Handling of telephone and written customer enquiries

• Daily contact with customs authorities

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a customs declarant with a federal professional certificate or equivalent qualification

• Proven professional experience in the field of customs import

• Very good oral and written communication skills in German

• Foreign language skills in English or French are an advantage
