Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests.
The venue in Bern's Postparc is designed with great attention to detail – the interior resembles a plant-covered aperitif bar in Tokyo's Kabukicho district, which transforms into a modern, artistic restaurant depending on the time of day. It offers 130 indoor seats as well as an additional 118 outdoor seats.
For our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated
Service Staff (a) 20-40% (including evening and weekend shifts!)
Your varied tasks:
Actively attending to guests 🧑 🤝 🧑
Managing a service station including cash handling 📝
Preparing and checking the mise en place 🍴
Settling your own takings 💰
General cleaning duties 🧹
Your talents & experience:
Ideally, you have already gained experience in service 🍷
You enjoy your role and contact with guests 🤝
You are flexible and resilient 🤸 ♀️
Your organisational skills are in demand 📋
Good spoken German skills are required 🗣️
