About the job

For our product management team of the membership (Membership), the core product of the TCS, we are looking for an analytical and communicative personality as Junior Product Manager TCS Membership 80-100% at the Geneva (Vernier) location.

Your challenges

• You contribute to the further development and optimisation of the core product of the TCS, the membership
• You ensure the operational implementation of product initiatives and accompany their introduction
• You analyse product performance and identify optimisation potentials
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience as well as processes
• You work closely with teams from marketing, customer service, IT and external partners
• You support the Product Managers in the implementation of strategic and operational projects

What you bring

• University degree in business administration, economics, marketing, insurance or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in product management, project management, marketing or offer development is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to interpret performance indicators and derive recommendations for action
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented personality
• Strong understanding of the customer experience and interest in the continuous development of products and processes
• Very good communication skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with tools such as Power BI, Confluence or SharePoint is an advantage
• German or French as mother tongue with excellent knowledge of the other language (at least level C2); good English skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
