Position: Sustainable Development & CSR Engineer Intern
Entity: TQM / CSR
Location: Sonceboz-Sombeval, Switzerland
Do you want to put your knowledge of sustainable development at the service of an innovative and responsible industry? By joining our team, you will contribute to several strategic projects and be supported by our sustainability expert to tackle today’s environmental and societal challenges.
The aim of the internship is to contribute to the deployment of the company’s Sustainable Development strategy through projects related to decarbonisation, energy performance, and the assessment of the environmental impacts of our products.
- Calculate the company’s carbon footprint according to the Bilan Carbone® method and the GHG Protocol for all three scopes across our two production sites.
- Contribute to the development of carbon footprint projections for 2039 and identify levers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, particularly in scope 3.
- Participate in the implementation of an energy management system involving all relevant company departments, in line with ISO 50001 standards.
- Strengthen and develop our Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) tools to support research teams in calculating the environmental impacts of products.
These activities will directly contribute to achieving the company’s environmental objectives and the deployment of sustainable solutions in our operations and products.
