About the job
The three schools Lätten in Fällanden, Bommern in Pfaffhausen and Buechwis in Benglen, which are located in the three village parts of the municipality, together form the Fällanden School. Around 250 teachers and staff teach and care for over 1,200 pupils at our schools.

Working hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 10:30 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:45 am - 8:15 am / 10:30 am - 6:00 pm
Your tasks
- Deputising for the after-school care manager during their absence
- Co-responsibility for the educational, organisational and administrative management of the after-school care
- Care, support and promotion of the children in everyday after-school care
- Supporting the children in their social, emotional and personal development
- Active participation in the children’s group and role model function in everyday care
- Creating a stimulating, safe and appreciative care environment
- Planning, implementation and reflection of age-appropriate leisure, play, movement and creative activities
- Co-responsibility for ensuring high-quality care and a respectful environment
- Support in organising after-school care operations and holiday care
- Taking on administrative tasks such as correspondence and planning
Your profile
- Completed training as a childcare specialist
- Several years of professional experience in school-complementary childcare
- Enjoyment in working with children and supporting their individual development
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of administrative tasks and confident use of common MS Office applications
- High social competence as well as appreciative and respectful interaction
- Organisational skills, independence and sense of responsibility
- Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality
- Good communication skills in dealing with children, parents and staff
