What you will learn with us

• Nursing, care and support of guests in everyday and demanding situations
• You will acquire competencies in the main and work processes (nursing process, communication process, knowledge management, organisational process) according to the framework curriculum Certified Nursing Specialist HF
• Professional and leadership responsibility in collaboration with various professional groups
• Independent execution of the nursing process
• Electronic nursing documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed three-year vocational training with a federal certificate of competence, a DMS/FMS diploma or a gymnasial Matura. (For foreign completed vocational training, a corresponding recognition by the SBFI or the SRC).
• Great willingness to learn as well as readiness for reflection and a sense of responsibility
• Helpfulness, sociability and team orientation
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• A warm-hearted basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges and practical work
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
