To strengthen our team in the Zurich area, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- Implementation of professional and needs-oriented care according to the care plan
- Independent design and support of daily life and living situation together with clients and relatives
- Support or assumption of household tasks
- Careful and complete management of care documentation
- Collaboration and coordination with internal and external professionals and agencies
- Assumption of additional planning and coordination tasks if interested and suitable
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Solid professional knowledge and interest in further development
- High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent and responsible working style
- Good IT user skills and a category B driving licence
