- Direct management of 5 HRBPs across 4 sites
- Implementation and development of HR policy at the strategic level
- Sparring partner for members of the management of the Ebauches Business Unit
- Support and guidance for managers in change management, conflict management, organizational development, as well as the entire operational HR lifecycle
- HR project management
- Case management and support on complex HR topics
- Several years of managerial experience in HR (senior HRBP or HR Manager)
- Continuous training in HR (HR manager, bachelor in business management or similar)
- Proven experience in change management and coaching
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and networking mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to discuss on equal terms with managers and challenge them constructively
- Digital affinity and openness to new technologies
- Customer and service orientation
- High flexibility, stress resistance, and pragmatic solution orientation
- Proficiency in common IT tools (M365), knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Geographical flexibility (regular travel within Switzerland)
