Your main tasks
- Handling diverse topics from the areas of patient and courier services, information services, employee services, control centre and textile services, for example in the fields of process optimisation, digitalisation, quality development and infrastructure.
- Professional and conceptual support of the Service Centre management in the further development of the areas as well as the creation of concepts, analyses and decision-making bases.
- Analysis, optimisation and standardisation of processes and procedures as well as the development of sustainable and practical solutions.
- Accompanying and coordinating cross-departmental projects and optimisation initiatives from conception to successful implementation as well as active participation in working groups.
- Development and maintenance of key figures, evaluations and reports as well as deriving concrete measures for controlling and further developing the services.
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and partner areas as well as support in procurement and in operational and infrastructural issues.
Your profile
- A higher professional education (HF/FH) in logistics, facility management or a comparable field provides a good basis for this role. Several years of professional experience in a complex service environment is an advantage.
- Enjoyment in analysing and further developing operational processes as well as a good understanding of processes are particularly valuable for this task. You enjoy working with different stakeholders.
- Experience in handling and coordinating projects and optimisation initiatives is welcome. A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style supports you in this.
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as confident handling of key figures and decision-making bases complete your profile. In addition, you are familiar with MS Office and ideally have knowledge of ERP or comparable systems.
- As a communicative and team-oriented personality, you think networked, bring different interests together and shape changes with initiative and implementation strength.
