Your tasks
- Active guest guidance for a safe and exciting stay
- Responsibility for a positive guest experience
- Personal guest advice and information
- Raising guest awareness of rules, safety, and behavior on the mountain
- Assistance with order and cleanliness
What you bring
- Joy in dealing with guests from all over the world and a strong hospitality mentality
- Communicative, resilient personality with natural assertiveness
- You approach guests openly and remain courteous, calm, and firm even in critical situations
- You are open to using digital tools in everyday life and occasionally support guests with bookings or changes in the reservation system
- Articulate: good English skills as well as German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance
- Independent working style as well as high flexibility and resilience - also with irregular working hours, on weekends and public holidays
