What you achieve
- You check eligibility requirements for daily allowance benefits, determine the insured earnings, and ensure correct payment to various recipients.
- For additional clarifications, you collaborate with internal specialists and external agencies.
- You also handle the coordination of benefits from other social insurances as well as corrections and recoveries.
- You are familiar with the various billing options of companies and their requirements.
- You participate in the training of our apprentices.
What you bring
- You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the social insurance sector and knowledge in the area of daily allowances are advantageous.
- You are proficient with numbers and various stakeholders, working accurately and efficiently.
- You communicate confidently in German; additional foreign language skills are valuable.
- Customers are your focus. Your independent and service-oriented working style and your assertiveness distinguish you.
