Sales Talent in Field Service (m/f/d)

What is my role?

After professional training, you will take on sales responsibility in the LU / OW / NE / ZG / UR area. You maintain the existing customer base and, with your winning personality, you find it easy to acquire new customers, build them up, and develop long-standing business partnerships. You participate in trade fairs, observe market trends, and are actively involved in shaping marketing and sales strategies, as well as product innovations. You will be supported in offer creation and follow-up by a competent internal sales team. Planning, organisation, and reporting are conveniently done from your home office.

What do I need to be successful?

You are a dynamic, motivated personality and have already successfully demonstrated your flair for sales and negotiation skills. Ideally, you bring a technical or commercial education (bricklayer or similar) or a direct connection to the construction or construction-related industry and understand how your customers think. You know how to identify your customers’ needs and present customised solutions. Proficiency with modern communication tools and good PC skills (MS Office, ideally Abacus) complete your professional competencies, and you hold a valid driving licence.
