About the job
Tasks
- Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
- Co-design of the care process in the deputy key worker role with patients, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists (depending on employment level)
- Implementation of milieu- and care-therapeutic interventions
- Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centred care and in consultation with the core team
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations in cooperation with a qualified nursing professional
- Completion of administrative, household-related and logistical tasks
Profile
- Completed FaGe training, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry or with people with dementia
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- High social/personal competence and structured working method
- Resilience and confidence in action
- Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
- Very good German and PC skills
