Tasks

• Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
• Co-design of the care process in the deputy key worker role with patients, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists (depending on employment level)
• Implementation of milieu- and care-therapeutic interventions
• Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centred care and in consultation with the core team
• Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations in cooperation with a qualified nursing professional
• Completion of administrative, household-related and logistical tasks

Profile

• Completed FaGe training, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry or with people with dementia
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
• High social/personal competence and structured working method
• Resilience and confidence in action
• Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
• Very good German and PC skills
