Mission:
- Prepare surfaces on 3 and 5 axis CNC machines Recomatic and/or Bula
- Perform complete finishing on 5 axis CNC machines Recomatic and/or Bula and/or Cyberpolish: polishing, brightening, and felt preparation
- Perform complete finishing on conventional machines: polishing, brightening, and felt preparation
- Carry out dimensional and aesthetic inspections of components
- Define and carry out polishing processes
- Participate in the design of tooling and specific fixtures
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing manufacturing methods and tooling realisation
- Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators


Profile:
- Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking assembly (non-negotiable)
- Mastery of RECOMATIC machines (non-negotiable)
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Good dexterity and autonomy
- Dynamic, organised, versatile person with a good team spirit
