- Warm and professional care of our guests at the bar and in the lounges
- Preparation and serving of classic cocktails, signature drinks, and other beverage specialties
- Competent advice to guests on cocktails, spirits, wines, and other drinks
- Ensuring smooth operation of the daily bar service
- Mise en place as well as preparatory and follow-up work at the bar
- Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and compliance with HACCP standards
- Proper storage and control of beverages as well as support with inventories and orders
- Creation and correct completion of guest bills
- Close cooperation and support of various outlets
- Completed training in hospitality/catering or experience as a bartender or in a comparable position
- Passion for bar culture as well as sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages
- Good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, hygienic, and precise working style
- Quick comprehension as well as good organisation and coordination
- Friendly, well-groomed, and cheerful appearance as well as good people skills
