In this role, you will take on an interesting and varied position in a dedicated and motivated team. Responsibilities:
- You create and further develop reports, key figures, and analyses with the MIS (HCe)
- In this role, you accompany and shape the planning and budgeting processes
- As a controlling specialist, you work on the further development of cost centre and cost unit accounting according to REKOLE
- You independently manage the medical fee accounting including master data maintenance, billing, and payment
- In this role, you analyse cost, performance, and revenue developments and prepare the monthly revenue accruals (KER)
- As a controlling specialist, you advise and support managers in business management issues and contribute to projects for the further development of processes, reporting, and BI solutions
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with additional training in controlling or a higher education in business administration/controlling
- You bring initial to several years of professional experience in healthcare
- You have very good Excel skills and a high IT affinity
- You work solution-oriented, show initiative, and act as a team player
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders
