Due to the decentralized and multilingual structures as well as regulatory requirements and guidelines, HR management with us is demanding. For our motivated team in Beckenried, we are looking for a Head of Human Resources (60% - 100% workload) to start immediately or by arrangement. What to expect with us:
- Responsibility for the operational management of the HR department
- Consolidation and further development of HR structures and processes
- Recruitment of qualified specialists and executives from selection to successful integration
- Advising and supporting managers throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Responsibility for labor law issues as well as internal guidelines and personnel regulations
- Coordination and alignment with external payroll accounting
- Implementation of personnel planning and budgeting in close coordination with management
- Evaluation of personnel key figures and development with proposals for optimization measures
- Active participation in and implementation of digitalization projects in the HR area
- Organization of company events
- Strengthening and promoting employer attractiveness and corporate culture in line with the mission statement
- Several years of practical experience - ideally partly gained in a larger company (> 250 employees)
- Advanced training in Human Resources (federal HR specialist certificate, university of applied sciences, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security system
- High social and consulting competence as well as pronounced communication skills
- Empathetic personality with strong implementation skills, hands-on attitude, and service orientation
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good French, ideally also Italian skills
