  • Our customers always receive expert and friendly advice so that they feel completely comfortable with us
  • You lead and promote the employees in your department and conduct regular employee discussions
  • You monitor the department goals and take appropriate measures in consultation with the store management
  • You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers
  • You confidently operate the cash register as well as other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to ensure a smooth sales process
  • You actively support the implementation of merchandising guidelines to always optimally present our products
Our requirements:
  • You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports industry
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience in retail, ideally in the sports industry, are necessary
  • Solid industry knowledge in the sports sector is required
  • You have already gained initial experience in employee leadership
  • You master the German language effortlessly; other national languages are an advantage
  • You maintain an honest and respectful interaction with employees and superiors and always keep a cool head even in special sales situations and hectic times
