Pricing Specialist / Freight Forwarding Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a Pricing Specialist, you are the central interface between sales and operational processing at our client. Your main tasks include:

• Handling customer enquiries and creating customised offers

• Preparing price calculations for national and international transports (export, import, cross-trade)

• Negotiating with carriers, customers and global partners

• Close collaboration with the sales team to optimise the pricing strategy

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a freight forwarding clerk or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in at least one mode of transport (air, land or sea freight)

• Experience in pricing, dispatch or sales in the freight forwarding environment

• Negotiation skills and a customer- and service-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; any additional language is an advantage
