To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediate or agreed start:
SITE MANAGER / FOREMAN STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
In this position, you will take charge of construction sites in new build/renovation and enjoy working with customers and employees.
Your tasks
- Planning, optimising and organising the construction process
- Leading the construction site team
- Responsibility for reporting, measurement and material procurement
- Enforcement of work and quality safety
- Cost control and adherence to the budget
- Communication with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
Your profile
- Completed basic training in the construction trade
- Training as a certified foreman or several years of experience in the same position
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Good knowledge of common construction regulations and standards
- Negotiation skills, teamwork and resilience
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
