Skills
- Must have a diploma in nursing and experience in long-term care.
- Patience and empathy for elderly and dementia-affected individuals.
- Knowledge of RAI and computer skills are essential.

You are responsible for the holistic care and support of the residents in our protected living group and actively contribute to ensuring continuous, high-quality care. You lead and promote our employees, and together with the training manager, you ensure the training of the FAGE learners and HF students. You bring with you
- a completed training as a qualified nurse HF/Long-term care & support specialist
- vocational trainer
- leadership experience is an advantage
- patience, joy, and empathy in dealing with elderly and dementia-affected people
