SAP Vendor Manager

Your area of impact

• You manage Application Service Management across multiple services and are responsible for Problem Management
• In cross-departmental incidents, you lead internal task forces and ensure rapid restoration of services
• The role establishes and monitors KPIs to make quality and efficiency in Application Service Management measurable, derive development measures and be responsible for their implementation
• You actively drive the continuous development of the service organisation
• As a central interface, you coordinate collaboration with SAP and other partners
• You ensure that agreed service levels are met and developments are specifically managed

What you bring

• You bring several years of experience in Application Service Management as well as in vendor or partner management in the SAP environment
• You understand IT contexts well enough to communicate on equal terms with technical specialists
• Communication skills are evident in your dealings with different stakeholders in German and English
• In demanding situations, you keep an overview and act in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You present yourself confidently, can represent interests and are confident in dealing with contracts and partners
• An independent working style and a calm approach to pressure situations complete your profile
