What you can achieve

Ensuring stable and reliable IT operations in the production environment
Handling support requests in 1st and 2nd level (including on-call duty)
Planning, implementation, and documentation of changes and releases in close coordination with production and quality management
Development of reports and dashboards with Power BI or Qlik
Close collaboration with production, quality, IT, and external partners
Ensuring GMP, data integrity, and compliance requirements

Completed IT training (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
Experience in production or GMP environment
IT generalist with broad understanding of application operation, support & data management
Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik or SQL
Structured, analytical and service-oriented working style
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and responsibility in a small team
On-call duty during off-hours and by arrangement
