Key Account Management is the link between our major customers and our internal organization. It represents and coordinates the implementation of overarching customer concerns and needs in collaboration with our property management.
As a competent professional, you will take care of our key customers at a high level. You will be actively supported by assistants.
Your tasks in detail
- Leading and coordinating mandate-related tasks and processes
- Collaboration with various branches to exchange customer concerns and instructions
- Organizing and leading customer meetings
- Consolidating and controlling customer reports
- Creating specific customer manuals
Your profile
- Commercial degree with a specialist certificate in property management or federal diploma as a real estate trustee
- Several years of frontline experience in property management
- Confident German, basic French skills are a must
- You are attentive and recognize the expectations of our customers and partners
- Even as a real estate professional, you gladly face every challenge anew every day
