For our Zurich region, the unit «Modernization D-CH» within the Division «Buildings», we are looking for you as our new Head of Offer / Acquisition (m/f/d). Your workplace will be our Headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon .

In this exciting role, you will take on the strategic and operational leadership of individual offer projects in the area of total and general contracting. You can expect the following tasks:

What you will achieve

• You will lead acquisition projects (TU/GU, GLW, Design Build) strategically and operationally
• You will develop decision-making bases for the selection and approval of offer projects
• You will create business plans and offer strategies
• You will analyze and optimize planning bases to achieve goals
• You will lead interdisciplinary offer teams and manage the entire acquisition process
• You will select planners, specialists, contractors, and other partners and lead them in the sense of integrated project execution
• You will create and present convincing offers

What you bring

• Several years of experience in a comparable function in the TU/GU business
• Completed training or studies in construction or real estate
• Very good market knowledge for the German-speaking part of Switzerland in the Zurich area
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Communication strength and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented listening, a solid understanding of customer needs, and the ability to proactively offer suitable solutions
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic action
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
