Job Description
To complete our care team at our Pierre de la fée Residence in Meyrin and join a human-centred and caring environment, we are looking for a
Unqualified Night Nursing Assistant
YOUR MISSION
- Ensure the accompaniment and monitoring of residents during the night
- Assist with daily living activities (mobilisation, positioning, comfort)
- Provide hygiene and well-being care adapted to the nocturnal rhythm
- Ensure the safety and rest of residents
- Respond to calls and needs expressed during the night
- Participate in the maintenance of the resident’s immediate environment
- Communicate observations and relevant information to the morning team, both orally and in the electronic file (DIR)
- Work closely with the night team and contribute to the continuity of care with the rest of the multidisciplinary team
Profile sought
YOUR PROFILE
- Red Cross Health Auxiliary diploma (or training deemed equivalent)
- Experience desired in geriatrics, psycho-geriatrics or night care
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in DIR an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written French (according to Red Cross training requirements)
- Listening skills, empathy, respect and patience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the night team
- Availability and reliability within a night shift schedule
