About the job
We are looking for a motivated individual for our client to work in sales support, managing company accounts. Experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and very good knowledge of German, French, and English are desired.
- Coordination of delivery dates and order processing
- Preparation of quotations and handling of complaints
- Maintenance of customer and product master data
- Close cooperation with the field sales team and internal specialist departments
- Several years of professional experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role required
- Very good knowledge of German, English, and French necessary
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications expected
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style

- At least 5 weeks of holiday
