Technical Referent (M/F)

Our client is a renowned company located in the Neuchâtel mountains, active in the microtechnology field and recognised for its excellence, expertise and quality standards. To complete its team, it has commissioned us to recruit its future:

In a demanding and constantly evolving industrial environment, you will play a key role as a technical referent, leading process optimisation and supporting teams towards operational excellence.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the settings and monitoring of a 3-axis CNC machine park in turning
• Carry out start-ups and adjust parameters to guarantee production performance and stability
• Optimise machining processes with a continuous improvement approach
• Support and train teams to strengthen their technical skills and autonomy
• Lead trials on new tooling, analyse results and propose concrete improvements
• Standardise working methods and disseminate best practices within the workshop
• Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions and ensure process robustness

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience in CNC machining, start-up and settings in turning
• Mastery of demanding technical environments, ideally on Schaublin (Fanuc) machines
• Good knowledge of control means, reading and adapting ISO programmes, Gibbscam
• Knowledge of hard material grinding is an asset
• Experience in continuous improvement or industrial performance appreciated
• Team spirit, fluent communication and solution orientation
• Rigor, analytical mind, autonomy and proactivity
