Your Tasks and Prospects

• Analysis of all possible endogenous substances, secretions, tissues and cells, such as blood, organ samples, urine and other body fluids, and examination of pathogens such as bacteria, fungi, parasites and viruses
• Use of high-tech devices and various chemical, biological and microscopic methods
• Responsibility for the accuracy of results to support diagnosis or confirmation of diseases
• Engagement with various specialised fields such as haematology, immunohaematology, clinical chemistry, immunology, microbiology and other specialised areas
• Possible workplaces include hospital, private clinic, polyclinic, medical institute, private laboratory, group practice, research or industry

What You Bring to This Position

• 3-year basic training with federal vocational diploma or specialised middle school certificate or A-levels
• English skills at level B1
• Ability to think analytically and in a connected way
• Physical and mental resilience
