Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail, initial experience in a similar role advantageous
- Leadership experience
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good German language skills
- High commitment and willingness to perform
- Motivation/willingness for training and further education
- Flexibility regarding work assignments
Training takes place in several sales outlets within the following area: Region Sense Oberland (Canton Fribourg). After an induction period of one to two years and the corresponding internal training, you will independently manage one of our sales outlets.
