Tasks
- Operate and prepare two roasters independently.
- Ensure smooth production flow and manage raw material preparation.
- Lead a team of up to 3 staff and handle minor technical issues.
Skills
- Completed education in food or technical field; 2+ years experience.
- Good German skills (at least B2 level) and basic PC knowledge.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus and reliable work ethic.

What you will do with us
- Independently operating and setting up two roasters (fluid bed and drum roaster)
- Mechanical crushing of nuts and almonds
- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Preparing raw materials for the roasting process
- Booking order quantities using SAP/R3
- Resolving minor technical disruptions
- Professional leadership of a team of up to 3 employees
- Supplying the entire plant with the produced products
- Carrying out maintenance work and inspections
- Complying with safety, quality, and hygiene regulations
- Performing general cleaning tasks
When you fit with us
- Completed training in the food industry or technical field (ideally as a certified plant operator, chef, food technologist, or food practitioner)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a plant operator
- Willingness to work in 2- and 3-shift operations including Saturday shifts
- Good German language skills (at least level B2)
- Basic PC knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Reliable and conscientious work ethic
