Your tasks

• Support, planning and setup of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures for our customers
• Planning, conception and implementation of exciting customer projects
• Independent operation of various, sometimes complex customer environments and performing maintenance work
• Support in the further development of system architectures (e.g., VMware & M365)
• Creating concepts, technical specifications and documentation (e.g., security concepts for backup infrastructures)
• Support in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Automation and further development of various tasks and processes

Your profile

• Completed training as a system technician EFZ (or equivalent IT training)
• Experience in building and operating system environments
• Proven experience with Microsoft Client and Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, M365 Cloud (Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online), Veeam, VMWare and basic network knowledge
• Knowledge in the following technologies is a plus: Citrix Desktop (XenApp etc.), Microsoft Teams telephony
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
• Ambitious and team-oriented personality with high initiative as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness for on-call duties and travel readiness for assignments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Enjoyment of working in the IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
